Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.

Shipping And Handling We ship worldwide to all countries. All our goods are packed and sealed in perfect secure boxes to ensure safety. The charges of deliveries will vary according the size and type of goods. The delivery charge are not refundable.

Returns Policy A defective product from Perfect Beauty Worldwide may be returned within the first 7 calender days from the date of reciept, for an exchange of a like product. You must obtain a Return Authorisation Number within 10 calender day period, that is if you have bought the item over the internet. Call our Customer Services to give you an Return Authorisation Number. Those items bought in our shops, customers must present with a reciept within 7 working days for exchange of goods and 10 woking days for a refund. We will re-imburse for the cost of any returened goods upon confirmation of the defective product.

All goods for return must be forwarded to us no sooner than 14 days of the receipt of the goods. Perfect Beauty will not accept goods outside this time as we believe this is enough time for any goods big or small to be returned. In cases where garments, shoes, accessories etc. the tags must not be tampered with at all. Customers must try on the goods when all tags are intact, you can only remove these tags when you are happy with your goods. We will not accept any goods back when the tags have been removed from their original place.

Customers may return goods when they are faulty, too small or too big. Outside the conditions Perfect Beauty will not take any goods back without a fully satisfaction information. This doesn't refuse your statutory rights. The value of the undamaged goods returned as outlined on our website may be refunded to the original purchases credit card including all sales and taxes but excluding shipping costs.

Perfect Beauty Worldwide is not responsible for any items that are lost in the post. It is the customers responsibility to ensure that they send all their items by registered post.

Where a customer purchases a designer item from us, they must make sure that the produce is in its original condition as seen in web shop. Any customers making false claims where the item is designer and claims otherwise, is causing serious offence to our company and may lead to prosecution. If the customer claims that the produce refused was not authentic, they must provide evidence to back their claims. Perfect Beauty takes all the pictures of all bags for their back in cases like this and also have receipts and shops where goods where purchased. These shops cans always testify to back our claims. We ask our customers to be of honest characters in these situations as we go as far as we could to bring you the authentic products.

Please be aware that all our designer products are only come in one or two at a time depending on our customers. Once you purchase or see a designer item, that means it is the only item that we have in stock, it will never appear again unless we receive more from the customers. We make sure that we select and deliver you the best designer items. Where an item is used, it will be written about it or with the U. Where the item is new the letter N will be written besides.
